These Rum and Cherry Coke Jello Shots are a fun and delicious way to enjoy your favorite cocktail in a new form. They’re perfect for parties, get-togethers, or just a fun night in with friends. Plus, they’re easy to make and require only a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cola
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin
- 1 packet cherry gelatin
- 1/2 cup rum
- Cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the cola in a small pot.
- Add in the unflavored gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Add in the cherry gelatin and stir until fully combined.
- Add in the rum and stir to mix.
- Slice off the bottoms of the cherries and place them in the jello shot pan.
- Pour the mixture into the jello shot pan.
- Let the jello shots set in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
- You can substitute the rum with another liquor of your choice, such as vodka or tequila.
- If you want to make non-alcoholic jello shots, simply omit the rum and add in more cola or cherry juice.
